Reaching the Beach
The trail ends at a dramatic vista of Second Beach, known for its wide expanse of sand, sea stacks, and driftwood sculptures. A short climb over a natural driftwood barrier reveals hidden coves waiting to be explored.
Exploring Tidepools and Wildlife
During low tide, fascinating tide pools teeming with life come into view. Explore these natural aquariums and spot sea stars, anemones, and colorful marine creatures. Keep your eyes peeled for bald eagles soaring overhead or playful otters frolicking in the waves.

- The Second Beach trail is located on Quillayute Tribal Land. Respect their regulations and pay any required trail use fees.
